T-22 (NR)—Rene Ciccarello (Tampa Mustangs 18U – Rene)
You know you must be doing something right when premier college and club coaches call in your behalf… that’s what happened recently as many coaches spoke up for Coach Ciccarello as one of the nation’s best at any age. Rene is going into his 10th year with the accomplished Mustangs program and his teams have had some solid finishes throughout the years including winning the 16U SEFL Championships, taking 2nd in the 16U Power Pool (Colorado), finishing 3rd at 18U TCS Nationals and 18U SEFL Championships and finishing 9th at the 18U Alliance Nationals Tier 1. Coach Rene has steadily improved his team’s respectability in the national fastpitch landscape competing with some of the best in the country. Coach Rene and his wife Danielle focus on providing weekly practice scripts, college-like travel agendas, and schedules to help the Mustangs prepare to play at the next level. “Our players will absolutely be ready for college,” Coach Ciccarello says. “They will spend their summer playing the best competition while traveling together and being accountable to their schedules both on and off the field. We do our very best to provide them a positive experience at every level… competition, structure and great memories.” When Coach Rene is not with his 18U team, you can usually find him conducting recruiting presentations, running practices or coaching younger teams in the organization including his successful 14U Rene/Pynes Mustangs team.
